Vrinda Shah
Vrinda Shah, a sophomore at Maggie Walker, is thrilled to be your co-chair this year. She has been an enthusiastic Model UN delegate for 2 years and this marks her first year at GSMUN. Other than Model UN, Vrinda is a regional officer of TSA, is the captain of Forensics, the secretary of Math Club, and has also been a member of many other clubs like FRC, Economics and Investment Club, the school’s newspaper Jabberwock, and others. Outside of school, Vrinda loves to play badminton, plays multiple instruments, and is also a researcher at VCU. She is eager to see what solutions delegates have to offer in tackling the world’s most pressing issues!

Parth Khandat
Parth Khandat, a junior at Maggie Walker, is delighted to co-chair for GSMUN XXVII. This is his second year in Model UN, and he previously worked as a Crisis Staffer for GSMUN. At Maggie Walker, he is a member of Mock Trial, The Young Democrats Club, Philosophy Club, and the Chess Club, as well as the National Honors Society and Tri-M Music Honors Society. Outside of school, Parth is a member of the Chesterfield County Youth Advisory Board, and a regular volunteer at Soar 365. Parth is a passionate guitar player who often performs at small restaurants and events and has an interest in history and politics. He would love to see how delegates work towards finding solutions and hope that everyone enjoys themselves.
