Sui Dynasty
The Sui Court must reverse the decline of its Dynasty and deal with its war against the Goguryeo Kingdom of Korea.
Approximate committee size: 20 delegates
Note: This committee addresses complex topics that require significant historical understanding. Participation in these committees should be reserved for only those with prior Model UN experience. Raunak Kaur Rajani
Raunak Kaur Rajani, a third-year student at Maggie L. Walker, is thrilled to serve as co-chair for the Sui-Goguryeo Joint Crisis Committee (JCC), representing the Sui Dynasty. With three years of Model UN experience, she has previous experience as a JCC Crisis Staffer and AdHoc Crisis Director. In school, Raunak is actively involved as a Varsity Wrestler, organizer for the Arabic Honor Society, and a Liaison for the Program We Play Too. In her downtime, she enjoys Competitive Ballroom Dancing, Mixed Martial Arts, and debating others. Raunak looks forward to meeting all of the delegates in March!

Chris Qian
Chris is a sophomore at Maggie Walker and is honored to serve as co-chair for JCC: Sui Dynasty. He has been involved in Model UN since 9th grade and has previously served as a Vice-Chair for GSMUN. Chris serves as the Director of Entertainment for Maggie Walker's premier student press, The Jabberwock. He is also an Eagle Scout, enjoys playing the violin, and has a passion for wrestling. In his free time, Chris also enjoys watching history documentaries and listening to music. Chris looks forward to meeting all the delegates this March!
