Rewa Totey, a junior at Maggie Walker, is so excited to chair the NBA Committee this year! With her previous experiences as a crisis staffer and a co-chair for the DISEC Committee at GSMUN XXVI, along with being a delegate at conferences such as VAMUN, WMHSMUN, ODUMUNC, she is excited to witness all the thoughtful discussions and debates. At school, Rewa is on the Varsity Volleyball team, Vice-President of the Bring Change 2 Mind Club, Head of Costuming for the Drama Department, Secretary for the FBLA club, and a proud Vice-Captain for the MLWGS Bhangra Club! In her free time, Rewa loves playing the piano, baking, listening to music, or volunteering for Jacob’s Chance. She cannot wait to meet all the delegates and looks forward to a wonderful and productive committee!

Prithvi Chakraborty is a sophomore at Maggie Walker and is honored to serve as co-chair for the National Basketball Association committee. Previously serving as a vice chair at GSMUN, he has been involved in Model UN since ninth grade and has attended several conferences, including WMHSMUN and VTMUNC. Outside of Model UN, Prithvi is on the Varsity Tennis Team, a co-director of technology for the school newspaper, the Jabberwock, a member of the Maggie Walker Robotics Team, and an avid TSA participant. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and practicing the electric guitar. Prithvi can’t wait to meet all the delegates this March and hopes to have a great time!
