Topic 1: European Immigration
The end of the Industrial Revolution triggered a significant migration movement to Britain which was initially driven by economic opportunities. As time went on, political issues such as World War I and the Cold War also played a role in the migration movement as many escaped from dangerous conditions, leading to an insecure European immigration structure during the 1900s. In the present, European nations have been opening their borders for immigration causing an influx of Middle Eastern and African immigrants and creating challenges with cultural integration and asylum policies. Cultural conflicts, the rights of refugees, and the implications of immigration on the economy are at the forefront of this topic.

Topic 2: Cybersecurity & Warfare
Cybersecurity plays an important role in protecting nations in the event of cyber warfare. As technology evolves, cyber warfare and espionage is becoming more prominent on the global scale. In the present day, cyber attacks occur in multiple ways, through both State-sponsored attacks and non state sponsored attacks. Global cooperation is imperative to prevent the development of large-scale cybersecurity attacks and its devastating events on ideology, government, and social stability as a whole. The rise of new technology such as AI and quantum computing must also be considered, as they are now transformative to the field.
